Tourist Visa

Documents required:

1) Valid Passport At least has six months validity

2) One recent color photograph (2x2 Inches) (350x350 pixels) (not less than 3 months old) white background.

3)  A copy of the NID/Birth certificate

4)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill of current address. (not more than 6 month old)

5) Certificate from the employer

6)  Visiting card

7)  Bank Certificate

8)  Last 3 months Bank transaction report

9)  Endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$150/- per applicant (Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month

10)  All old passports must be submitted on the date of submission

11)  The application form should be submitted at the IVAC center within 8 days of filling up the form.

12)  Visa fee

Business  Visa

Documents required:

1) Valid Passport At least has six months validity

2) One recent color photograph (2x2 Inches) (350x350 pixels) (not less than 3 months old) white background.

3) A copy of the National ID Card

4) Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 month old)

5) Endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$150/- per applicant (Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month

6)  Copy of Trade license/ Company Certificate

7)  TIN, Tax certificate

8)  Copy of Invitation letter from Indian business organization.

9)  IRC/ERC  Import Registration Certificate (IRC) & Export Registration Certificate (ERC)

10)  Copy of LC (Later of Credit)/ Dual party Agreement

11)  Business Association / Federation certificate

12)  Visiting card

13)  Bank Certificate

14) Last 3 months Bank transaction report

15)  Current and all old passports must be submitted on the date of submission

Medical  Visa

Documents required:

1) Valid Passport At least has six months validity

2) One recent color photograph (2x2 Inches) (350x350 pixels) (not less than 3 months old) white background.

3)  Medical certificate, in detail the medical condition of the patient

4)  Recommendation from the attending doctor for availing treatment abroad in case of the first visit

5)  Recommendation from the attending doctor in India in case of continued treatment in India

6)  A copy of the NID/Birth certificate

7)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 months old)

8)  Endorsement* of foreign currency equivalent to US$150/- per applicant (Endorsement* should not be older than 1 (one) month

9)  Medical Invitation letter from India with a specific date

10)  All Medical original documents

11)  Visiting card

12)  Bank Certificate

13)  Last 3 months Bank transaction report

14)  Current and all old passports must be submitted on the date of submission

Student  Visa

Documents required:

1) Valid Passport At least has six months validity

2) One recent color photograph (2x2 Inches) (350x350 pixels) (not less than 3 months old) white background.

3)  A copy of the NID/Birth certificate

4)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 months old)

5)  Evidence of admission to the Institute/Course in a recognized University / Board in India

6)  Guarantee from parents/guardians, through the authorized Bank to the effect that the applicant has enough financial resources to support studies in India

7)  Photocopies of relevant academic certificates on the basis of which admission is sought or has been obtained

8)  Last passport copy and all old passports

Transit  Visa

Documents required:

1)  Valid visa for the third country.

2)  Copy of a confirmed ticket

3)  Copy of Hotel booking.

4)  Utility Bill such as electricity, telephone, gas or water bill (not more than 6 months old)

5)  Visiting Card

6)  A copy of the NID/Birth certificate

7)  Bank Certificate

8)  Last 3 months Bank transaction report
